Delivery
You can expect to receive your order from us within 7 business days (it's usually a lot quicker however!). Our orders are sent by Royal Mail, and you can have these tracked if you would like - simply select a tracked delivery method when paying for your items. Returns
If you need to make a return, please contact us within the first possible instance to arrange the return of your item(s). When the items have been received at Cat Lady Life HQ, we can process your return and refund you within 14 days (again, this is usually a lot quicker!).
