FAQs
What if my order has arrived and I don't like it?
It's okay - whereas we'd love to say that absolutely everyone adores our weird sense of humour and product quality, we get that there's the odd occasion where someone might not like their purchase, for no other reason than it just doesn't vibe with them. And that's okay. Simply get in contact with us at Cat Lady HQ, and we'll be able to advise how to return the item(s) to process your refund.
My order has arrived and it's damaged. What should I do?
Oh my word - we are so sorry! Whilst in an ideal world, everything would arrive with you in tip-top condition, sometimes human error or mistakes can occur. Simply drop us a line, and we'll get that rectified for you.
Where is my order?
If you have any queries about your order, please contact us with your order number, and we can chase this up for you. Royal Mail are usually very good, and we're on first name terms with our local postman. He's called Steve. Nice bloke. Likes Star Wars.
Any Netflix/Disney+/Amazon Prime recommendations?
Oh, we have so many! On Netflix, obviously Tinder Swindler is a must see - especially since the release, the main guy has been in the press claiming that the documentary was actually about 'the success of his career'. It's really not. Norsemen is really a nice, warm-hearted comedy, as is The Good Place. If you're into true crime, My Lover, The Killer is rather juicy.
Over on Disney+, Pam And Tommy is an interesting watch for those of us old enough to remember 'the tape', Enchanto is just a lovely offering with a really addictive soundtrack (and who doesn't want to live in a magic house?), and for those days when you're just a bit tense and don't know why, curl up with Jessica Jones - she's gonna be your spirit animal (and David Tennant is a fantastic baddie!).
Finally, over on Amazon Prime, there's Upload which is now in it's second season, but you must watch it from the beginning, we can't emphasise this enough. There's also a decent crop of 'vintage' films that have made it on there too, so if you fancy a bit of warm, fuzzy nostalgia, you can find Three Men & A Baby, Short Circuit and the fantastic Dan In Real Life.
